Driver's license

Driving license is not necessary. All visitors may rent a car in Montenegro in the presence of a valid national/domestic driving license.

Driving regulations?

Speed limit in Montenegro is 80km/h on the open road, unless signs specify otherwise. The speed limit inside the cities is 50km/h.
